You’re close enough to feel part of the party but far enough back that the action on the raised set isn’t looming above you. The first few rows of the Dress Circle (rows A–C, seats 7–18) also have fantastic sightlines if you like an elevated view.

– **Seats to avoid:** There are no pillars, but the auditorium curves. Seats at the extreme sides of the Dress Circle and the Grand Circle – particularly in the side boxes and the first row of the Grand Circle (row AA) – give you a side‑on view of the stage and you miss action on stage left/right. At the rear of the Stalls, the Dress Circle overhang begins around row M; from row O back you may lose the top of the set. The very back of the Grand Circle is distant and has a safety rail that can intrude on your view.
